We collect the minimum needed to run the product. We do not sell it, we do not advertise, and this website sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking.
Who we are
Last Plan is operated by Last Plan Technologies, Shop 2 & 3, Vira Park, Gangapur Road, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. For anything in this notice, contact support@lastplan.io.
What we collect when you use the app
- Account details — your email, display name and role.
- Your planning data — projects, boards, tickets, rows, logic links, constraints, commitments and their history, variance reasons, board versions, and the schedule files you import.
- Activity records — who changed what and when; Admins can see member activity for their own project.
- Technical logs — the ordinary records a server keeps, used to run and secure the service.
When you use this website
Nothing, unless you submit the form. No cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session recording. The demo form captures your name, work email, company, role, and an optional project size and message. We use it only to answer you — we do not add you to a marketing list.
The typeface is served from Last Plan’s own servers. No font — and nothing else on this website — is fetched from a third party as you browse.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We hold your account and planning data to provide the service you asked for (a contract basis). We keep technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the product, and we ask for consent where that is the appropriate basis.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and planning data while your account is active. Board versions are kept for about 90 days. Deleted tickets sit in a recycle bin until cleared. If you close your account, we remove your access and your personal account details; planning data in projects you share with others stays with those projects — a project and its data are removed only when an Admin deletes the project. Our full retention and deletion schedule is still being finalised; contact support@lastplan.io for where it stands. Idle demo accounts are swept after a short period.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. You can export your plans as Excel yourself at any time. For anything else, email support@lastplan.io and we will respond within 30 days. Where a project is controlled by your employer or a general contractor, we will point you to them first.
International transfers
Our suppliers operate in the United States, so if you are outside the US your data will be processed there, under the relevant standard safeguards.
Children
Last Plan is a tool for construction professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make a material change to this notice, we will update the date above and email account holders.
