Terms of service

1. Who this is between

These terms are between you (and the employer you act for) and Last Plan Technologies, of Shop 2 & 3, Vira Park, Gangapur Road, Nashik, Maharashtra, India, which operates Last Plan.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address and a password, with a time-limited email link to confirm the address and to recover access. You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite. Each project has an Admin who controls membership and roles for that project.

3. Your data stays yours

Everything you put into Last Plan — projects, boards, tickets, logic, commitments and imported schedules — remains yours. We do not use your planning data to train anything, and we do not share it with other customers. You can export any plan as an Excel workbook, or print it, at any time.

4. What you agree not to do

• Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
• Access another customer’s data, or try to bypass the permission model.
• Probe, scan or load-test the service without asking us first.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Share a single paid seat between people.

5. Plans and access

Plan limits are on the pricing page. Planning users (Admin and Planner) and view-only users are counted separately, and limits are enforced. Online purchasing is not currently available. To use Last Plan on a project, contact us at support@lastplan.io and we will arrange access. Any fees are exclusive of tax.

6. Availability, and an important limitation

We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. Last Plan requires an internet connection; there is no offline mode.

7. Changes to the service

We will not remove a feature you depend on without emailing account holders first. If we change a material term, we will announce it by email and update the date on this page.

8. Ending it

You can stop using Last Plan at any time; contact support@lastplan.io to close your account. We can suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of section 4, and we will contact you first except in cases of clear abuse. What happens to your data after an account is closed is described in our privacy notice.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from a schedule decision made using the tool. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the trailing twelve months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with arbitration seated in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
